At just 18 years old, Chongtham Khumannganba Meitei, also known as Khumannganba, has been awarded an Honorary Doctorate by the Sahara Charitable Trust. This award recognizes his hard work in helping young people learn digital marketing and his contributions to society.
A Journey of Hard Work and Dedication
Khumannganba was born to Chongtham Khelchandra Meitei and Chongtham (O) Sonila Leima. He has a younger brother, Chongtham Koloinganba Meitei. As a teenager, he dreamed of becoming a musician and EDM producer, but his family’s financial situation made it difficult to afford music equipment. Determined to succeed, he searched online for ways to make money as a teenager.
Through YouTube and Google, he learned about digital marketing and joined various coaching programs. His hard work paid off when he became a Google-certified digital marketer. His biggest turning point came when he joined HAU under Sir Denil Moirangthem, following his mentor’s advice closely.
Founder of Kanglei Sannathong Pvt. Ltd.
In 2024, with the support of his co-founders Barun Thiyam and Ningthoukhongjam Rishikanta Singh, Khumannganba started Kanglei Sannathong Pvt. Ltd. The company aims to teach digital marketing and help people start online businesses.
Kanglei Sannathong is also North East India’s first web hosting company, offering high-quality servers from Singapore. His company is working to support Manipur’s economy by helping farmers, weavers, and artisans sell their products online.
Awards and International Recognition
In 2024, Khumannganba received the International Honorary Award from the United Kingdom Global Accreditation (UK) for his work in digital marketing. He was also honored with the Global Prestigious Award Certificate of Appreciation by the Worthy Wellness Foundation.
A Vision for Manipur’s Future
Khumannganba dreams of a future where young people in Manipur and North East India can achieve financial freedom through digital skills. He believes that by using the internet, people can earn money and improve their lives.
At a young age, Khumannganba has become a mentor and role model for many aspiring entrepreneurs youth. His story proves that hard work, learning, and determination can help anyone succeed, no matter their background.
