Both parties agree to the following:
1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Kanglei Sannathong Private Limited agrees to develop a Game Top-Up Website for the Client including the following systems:
•Full Website Design & Development
•IGN Verification System (In-Game Name Verification)
•Wallet System for users
•API Integration (only after client provides API)
•User Panel & Admin Panel
•Payment Gateway Integration
•Basic Training on website usage
2. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER (API RELATED)
2.1 Service Provider is NOT an API Provider
Kanglei Sannathong Private Limited does NOT provide any game top-up API, game credits, or balance services.
2.2 API Must Be Provided by the Clien
The Client must obtain the API key, access, and documentation directly from a chosen provider (Smile.One, Codashop, UniPin, etc.).
2.3 Service Provider Responsibility
The Service Provider will integrate the API only after the Client provides a working API.
2.4 Not Responsible for API Issues
Kanglei Sannathong Private Limited is not responsible for:
•API downtime
•Wrong pricing
•Provider errors
•Balance loss
•Game issues
•Provider account restrictions
•Any failure caused by API provider
All API-related risks are the Client’s responsibility.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment Structure:
•50% advance (non-refundable) before development begins
•50% before final handover
4. DOMAIN & HOSTING
•Domain and Hosting must be purchased and provided by the Client.
•The Service Provider is not responsible for domain/hosting-related issues.
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client must provide:
•Domain & hosting login
•Logo, images, and content
•Payment gateway verification documents
•Working API credentials
•Any specific business information
Delay in providing these items may delay project completion.
6. SUPPORT & MAINTENANCE
The Service Provider provides free support for minor bug fixes for _ days after delivery.
Support does not include:
•New feature development
•API provider issues
•Server/hosting issues
•Extra page creation
•Full redesign
All additional work will be charged separately.
7. COPYRIGHT & WATERMARK POLICY
7.1 Ownership
All website systems, modules, tools, and backend structures remain copyrighted by
Kanglei Sannathong Private Limited.
7.2 Company Watermark
A footer watermark/credit of Kanglei Sannathong Private Limited will be included in the website.
7.3 Removal of Watermark
The watermark can only be removed if the Client purchases the script/license from the Company at an additional fee.
7.4 No Unauthorized Copying
The Client is strictly prohibited from copying, reselling, or distributing the system without written permission.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Kanglei Sannathong Private Limited is not liable for:
•Financial or business losses
•API provider failure
•Illegal activity done via website
•Hacking due to client-side issues
•Hosting/server outages
•Payment gateway issues
9. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate the Agreement through written communication.
Client must pay for all completed work before termination is finalized.
10. ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT
By signing, both parties accept and agree to all the terms mentioned above.
