For certificate verification, we publish the certificate number, recipient name, programme and issue details exactly as issued by us, so that students, partners and employers can confirm authenticity.

How we use information

We use the information you share to respond to enquiries, deliver the service or course you signed up for, issue and verify certificates, process payments and refunds, and meet statutory obligations such as GST and income-tax record keeping.

We may also use your contact details to send you service-related updates. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Sharing and disclosure

We share information only where it is needed to deliver our services — for example with payment gateways (such as Paytm or Cashfree) to process a payment, with our hosting and software providers who operate this website, or with government authorities where the law requires it.

Data retention and security

We keep enquiry and client records for as long as the engagement lasts and afterwards as required by Indian tax and company law. Access to stored data is restricted to authorised team members, and our systems are protected with encryption and role-based access controls.
