Refund & Cancellation Policy

How cancellations and refund requests are handled.
Cancellation requests
You may cancel a course enrolment or a service engagement by writing to us at the email address below. For courses, cancellations are accepted before the first session begins. For service engagements, cancellation terms are set out in the written scope agreed before work starts.
Refund eligibility
Course fees are refundable in full if you cancel before the course starts. Once a course or an engagement has begun, refunds are considered case by case, in proportion to the sessions delivered or work completed. If we are unable to deliver an agreed service, the undelivered portion is refunded.
Processing timelines
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method through our payment partners. Bank or gateway settlement times may add a few further days.
Non-refundable items
Government fees, filing fees and third-party costs (such as registration charges, domain or hosting purchases) already paid on your behalf are not refundable. Franchise partnership fees are governed by the partnership agreement.
