How our services and any materials are delivered.
Digital delivery
Our services are primarily digital. Course access, software deliverables, filed returns and compliance documents are delivered electronically — through your email, your client account or a shared drive — as agreed in your engagement.
Delivery timelines
Onboarding for courses begins with the next scheduled batch. Service and software timelines are agreed in writing before work starts, and each project moves through defined milestones so you always know what is due next.
Physical materials
Where a physical certificate or printed material is issued, it is dispatched by post or courier to the address you provide, or handed over in person at our Imphal office. Every certificate can be verified anytime on our Certificate Verification page.
Delays
If a delivery is delayed — for example by government portal downtime or a courier disruption — we inform you promptly with the reason and a revised timeline.
